Board Meetings
The Union County Board of Education encourages all community members to attend Board of Education meetings. Union County Board members are committed to serving our community and to providing leadership for our schools in order to provide a superior educational experience for all of our students.
In addition to school board members and the superintendent, other school representatives including principals and district administrators also attend the meetings.
The Board of Education conducts regular meetings on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. except for holidays and school breaks. The Board also holds a working session during the week prior to the regular Board meeting.
The Board may agree to hold special meetings or change meeting dates. All Board meetings are held at the Central Administrative Office at 4500 US Hwy 60 West in Morganfield unless otherwise noted. All meetings are open to the public except when the Board enters closed session in accordance with board policy and state regulations.
