Union County Public Schools will accept sealed bids on surplus library furniture. Sealed bids must be completed using the UCPS bid form and be delivered to the Union County Schools Administrative Office located at 4500 US Hwy 60 W, Morganfield, KY 42437 before 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
All bids must be sealed and labeled "Bid – Furniture”. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Electronic bids will not be accepted. The UCPS Bid form is available here and at the Union County Schools Administrative Office.
Payment must be made within 1 day of acceptance and the items must be picked up within 1 day of acceptance. The furniture will be available to view in person by appointment. Please contact Morganfield Elementary School at 270-389-2611 to schedule an appointment.
